I also received a fair hassle free trade in offer on my Leaf and with that we were then able to quickly agree on a acceptable price for a Wrangler Rubicon. A 3rd party transmission repair shop kept my car for months and created more problems than they solved while double charging both me and my warranty for repairs. Palmer DCJR (and especially Thomas Pappas) undid the other company’s work and made my Jeep run again in just a couple weeks. I’ve been driving the Jeep for a few days just to make sure that the repairs hold and I couldn’t be happier. More

I was especially onesies with the quality of service offered by Hiram. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was needed and to address my concerns. The reason why I rated my visit “good” as opposed to “great” is that it was chilly outside and the check-out process took place outside. It was a little uncomfortable. The facility is a little older and the previous dealership where I received service was more comfortable, overall. Otherwise, if I have to choose seemingly honest service over “extra” comfort and amenities- this is a good choice. Ask for Hiram! More
