I had been looking for a replacement car for a 2008 Chev. Impala LTZ that I had leased, and that I was dissatisfied with due to reliability issues. Tom, showed great patience with us as we were initially "just shopping" for a car. We came to Paoli Ford on three different occassions and Tom let us test drive the car, answered our questions and then of "just shopping" for a car. I would recommend this dealership, Eric the sales person, and the entire supporting cast to anyone in the market for a new (or used) car. I explained to Eric what my wife and I, and our growing family, want and the entire supporting cast to anyone in the market for a new (or used) car. I explained to Eric what my wife and I, and our growing family, wanted and needed in a new car. He searched high and low for a car that met our criteria, down to the color. He found the car, and the lengths that he went to in order to ensure that the other dealership would transfer the car to Paoli were amazing; down to getting someone to call him back, Eric stayed on the case like a detective and made it happen. When we drove that car away from the dealership, I could not describe the feeling of relief and elation that we had. Not to the mention the fact that the finance guys found us some extra money in rebates and tax savings; boy were we surprised when we discovered we would have a little extra money in our pockets. Eric was extremely helpful working out the details with me prior to purchasing the car. I needed to buy a car as soon as possible and because of him and the rest of the team at Matthews Paoli Ford, I was a me prior to purchasing the car. I needed to buy a car as soon as possible and because of him and the rest of the team at Matthews Paoli Ford, I was able to purchase a car within a few days. I went to test drive a used car I found online on a Saturday, and bought the car on a Tuesday. Eric even called me to discuss financing options on his day off, and the next day they tried everything they could in order for me to get this car. Eric called me around 1pm to say they would see what they could do, and around 3pm he called back and said they worked everything out and the car would be ready for me that day. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford later that day and everything was ready for me, all I needed to do was sign papers and call my insurance company. The car was even parked right in the front of the dealership, having been washed with a full tank of gas. I am extremely happy with the way everything was done, and they really worked around my needs. I gave them a high rating because they were very helpful and made the experience of buying a car alot less time consuming than I imagined. I would recommend Matthews Paoli Ford to anyone, and I definitely plan on going back to them for inspection, oil changes, and to buy another car when the time comes. More
