This dealership as a whole is incredibly patient, kind, and committed to great service. I asked a lot of questions and probably wasn’t the easiest customer, but they never once made me feel rushed or like and committed to great service. Salesman Brij and the Paramount Kia team were great to work with! We used TrueCar.com and the Sam’s Car Buying Program. They were a very good resource to find a certified preowned Telluride based on the work with! We used TrueCar.com and the Sam’s Car Buying Program. They were a very good resource to find a certified preowned Telluride based on the price and mileage desired. Through this site there is an ability to provide personal info and receive a “final” price to include registration and taxes based on locality. This would seem to be a very straightforward practice. Unfortunately many dealerships fit the reviews with “bait and switch” tactics. They added significant fees to the posted “final” price directing to the additional fine print. Paramount not only met the final price, they adjusted it to meet the published price based on the difference in their current fees. They even forwarded a Purchase Agreement confirming the final sale price! It was well worth the trip to do business with this company. More
