We traded in my wife's vehicle and agreed on a price. We brought the title in, sat in the lobby for an hour waiting on a check and paperwork. Signed over the title, and were told the person who could cut We brought the title in, sat in the lobby for an hour waiting on a check and paperwork. Signed over the title, and were told the person who could cut the check was not available. Came back the next day - got a check for $500 less than the trade in value. We were then told it was "on the documents" we signed that if we didn't purchase a vehicle from them, we would get $500 less on the trade in. Read the fine print, don't rely on actual communication or you get screwed. Manager stated he would look into it and call me the next day - never got a call. Congrats on your extra $500 profit on your trade in - we will never do business with this dealership again. George was Johnny On The Spot when he had a commission on the line - never had an explanation for the bait and switch other than we should have read the fine print. More
