David Hoover our sales person was great. The dealership was nice and clean and other personnel were helpful and friendly. Lots of cars on the lot. Clearly there is a way the dealership tracked by online searches on its website so that it “knew” that I wanted to test drive a hybrid sorrento even though I never gave a model type to Sophie the off hours assistant.
