He listened, built rapport and although he didnt feel well worked about a total of 3 hours with us. My 4 yr old was impatient but he gave up his work space to make sure little man was good. Paper and a pen did the trick. I would recommend anyone needing a vehicle to him if complete satisfaction is what you're use to. We went in looking BUT came out rolling!!!!
