Excellent Service Heard a strange noise when I turned to the right. Suspected it might be from hitting a large pothole. As an added bonus the service tech drove the car to be sure my problem was solved before returning it. He made recommendations as to deferred maintenance that were on point. However, after waiting for a while (almost two hours) I was told that the person whom I wanted to see only see individuals by appointment so I asked to speak with someone else. This young salesman, Terrance came out, spoke with us, spent a couple of hours with us (my cousin and I). He was very patient, upbeat and friendly. He sold her a vehicle.
