This dealership was the 5th we had visited shopping around for new vehicle. They are not all the same that I know from our experience. We didnt feel pressured during our time there,and left w/o making a purchase to go back 2 days later with our decision. Sales rep Dan Shapiro was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, and made the experience of buying a new vehicle(which can be nerve wracking) very comfortable, and exciting. He was all around fun and professional at the same time. The finance officer also was very informative, seemed knowledgeable and helpful. I would without question recommend this dealership to friends and family. I look forward to a long and pleasant relationship with Acura. This is our first Acura vehicle, hopefully not our last. I look forward to the Acura service center to be as pleasant an experience. Mr. Shapiro spent over an hour plus with us when we picked the car up to go over every inch of our new vehicle. We are very happy with our new car, and feel comfortable to call there whenever the need should arise. Going today to pick up my plates and have some questions. Got an estimate of $825 for a valve adjustment and $2000 for clutch and flywheel. Called Ramsey Acura and was told $200 for valve adjustment and $1300 for clutch and flywheel. The dealer had the MDX i wanted, but the price and negotiation process was way too much hassle. I tried them on line but the response was even worse they gave me the old hard sell come on in and we wi negotiation process was way too much hassle. I tried them on line but the response was even worse they gave me the old hard sell come on in and we will beat any price, blah, blah. What is the point of on-line if you do not respond w/ in 24 hours and offer options and price??? They did follow-up 10x but NEVER answered my basic question how much for the car the way i wanted it? The sales manager was top flight (i dealt with him on the day of the test drive)but he was not in the day of the sale and i just did not like to have to work so hard to buy a 45k car. Sorry More
