Let me start by I came in 40 minutes to closing time due to my hectic work schedule and Craig did not even hesitate to help and was here with Craig. This is probably the worst BMW in the US . The mobile tire repair guy from Park Avenue BMW came to fix my flat tire and broke the wheel safely screw. He asked me to go to the BMW shop which l The mobile tire repair guy from Park Avenue BMW came to fix my flat tire and broke the wheel safely screw. He asked me to go to the BMW shop which l did . The BMW “ advisor “ Nicholas tried to convince me that l should remove all of the safety screws just in case !! I told him l have the issue with one tire that your worker broke the safety screw . He was very sneaky and unprofessional he never said they will not accept the responsibility for the damage they caused . He wanted to sell me his tires even l have the tire insurance and charged me $172 for removing log nut which l never requested and wanted to keep them for themselves or sell it to someone else . This is a Stealership not Dealership …. Besides all that the guys have nasty attitude…..avoid this place if you don’t want headaches!!!! More

Second time having my car repaired with Vince and Romy in the body shop. They really went the extra mile in working with my difficult insurance provider to make sure it paid it's fair share so I didn't have the body shop. They really went the extra mile in working with my difficult insurance provider to make sure it paid it's fair share so I didn't have to shell out more money from my pocket. And more importantly, the quality of the work was excellent and the car looked as good as new both times. More
