I have texted James multiple times with no resolution. . I was sold a truck ,a Dodge RAM 2022 classic , with only a little over 8,000 miles. #1 , I trusted my sales person when he told me it was a V8 Hem . I was sold a truck ,a Dodge RAM 2022 classic , with only a little over 8,000 miles. #1 , I trusted my sales person when he told me it was a V8 Hemi. It is not so now I cannot tow the camper I wanted as the max towable weight on a v6 isn’t nearly capable of as much. I feel he just wanted a sale and misled me. ( I realized it wasn’t a Hemi when I got home and popped the hood) #2- the spare tire under the bed of the truck is bald. I texted about this asking to come in and for a replacement. He asked for pics which i sent . I hear nothing back. Terrible service! A truck this new should NOT have a bald tire as a spare?!?? I feel as soon as they made the sale they didn’t care anymore about me as a customer. More

I’m loathe to have to report such bad news, but this dealership — and Chrysler in general … especially it’s home office — is horrible. Just about every aspect of the process of me buying my leased car dealership — and Chrysler in general … especially it’s home office — is horrible. Just about every aspect of the process of me buying my leased car was screwed up. They (home office) tried to charge me market price for it, not the value stated in my lease. The dealership forgot to take off my old plates and give me hew ones and I had ti remind them. Other stuff happened too. On top of it all, the Chrysler home office called me 3 weeks after I had bought the car … past the time the lease had expired … trying to collect on my debt to them and get me to return the car. I told them I had already bought it. They told they had not received the payoff yet from the dealership! The guy I dealt with was rude to me and I eventually just had to hang up on him. Chrysler in general is a circus. More
I found the car I was looking for advertised on Autotraders website that was in the price range I was willing to pay and with the options I was needing so sent them a message through Autotrader on Autotraders website that was in the price range I was willing to pay and with the options I was needing so sent them a message through Autotrader on June 16.. Ahmad reached out and explained the car was in transit and would be at the dealership in about a week but verified it indeed had the options listed on Autotrader and that the price listed after rebates was indeed the selling price. He said I could put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle until it arrived and I could bring my trade in and take care of paperwork when it arrived so I did. When it got down to the details he sent me the itemized paperwork of what they were ACTUALLY selling the car for which was $11,546 more than what they advertised on Autotrader PLUS $2495 for a "platinum package" (I have no idea where that came from) AND an added Uptown appearance package for $1,795 before the car even arrived. WIth those added items and the added price of the car from the advertised price on Autotrader that came to $15,836 MORE than what the car was advertised at. Not only this but when I spoke to Ahmad he said he had 2 buyers for my trade in and would give "top dollar" in trade. The trade in value he alloted was $3,000 less than the 4 other dealerships I have been in contact with in the last month or so. Small added dealer fees are one thing but this is far more than unacceptable add on fees and is 100% deceptive sales tactics and they flat out lied about the price of the car... When I went back to Autotraders website I noticed they had deleted every single add I had seen originally on June 16. I have bought a new car every 4 years since 2007 and I have NEVER had such a bad and deceptive experience with sales staff... More
I have been a customer here for almost 12 years and I was shocked at the unprofessionalism. Two months ago, my vehicle wouldn't start so, I had it looked at and the battery needed replacing, which they did, shocked at the unprofessionalism. Two months ago, my vehicle wouldn't start so, I had it looked at and the battery needed replacing, which they did, free under warranty. Two days ago it died again. We called and they said no problem here is our towing, give them our name and we will get it squared away. Towing guy gets here, says Chrysler will pay him, no worries, and takes the car. We pick up the car. There is no charge for another new battery on warranty, again. But there is a line for towing, with a PO reference. Before, I had called roadside assistance, not the dealership, but felt since the dealer had just fixed the car, maybe I should call them. I said we were not made aware we would be responsible for towing. Just the opposite. They then informed me that I should have called roadside assistance instead and made sure I had the number. They did not offer this at the time we called earlier. I pushed back more and demanded to see the PO. The PO is less than they are charging me. They make money on every tow into their lot! No wonder they didn't tell me about the charge, it was hidden and up charged. Every time something goes wrong with a fix and we call, they give this number and instant profit. I let the service director know there are laws about that. Hidden fees and false disclosures are illegal. He said have a great day, pay it. Cherry on top, I get in my car, and the vehicle informs me that I need an oil change. More
