I made an early morning appointment and Jonathan was ready with the car and everything to test drive. He was very nice and polite, as well as knowledgeable about the vehicle. I also didn't feel at all pressured during the buying process! He seemed interested in keeping me within my budget, and didn't push me to spend more than I had to spend. That was probably the least amount of time I've ever had to spend at a car dealership. Also, I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and it was in great condition! The car basically looked brand new. I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely come back for future purchases. More

The most horrible experience ever in my life! I had the worst and the most horrible experience at the park place bodywerks Fort Worth, TX. I've dropped my car for repair rear wheel and bumper a I had the worst and the most horrible experience at the park place bodywerks Fort Worth, TX. I've dropped my car for repair rear wheel and bumper at the park place bodywerks on Oct. 10th, and picked it up on Dec 6th. However, when I picked it up, there was a huge crack on the front windshield, about 10 inches long. I was so absurd and frustrated that I asked Chris Behney(one of the body shop estimator) what happened to my windshield, but he said, he doesn't know anything about the crack, so I said, I want to see the pictures taken when I dropped my car. Initially, He showed me the pictures taken on Oct. 18th(which is 8 days later, after he found the crack) and he lied to me the photos were taken on the day when I dropped the car and cheated on me that the crack was already there. As I zoomed in and looked at the details of the picture, I found out that the picture was taken 8 days later. I was so angry and upset that I was scorned by them(Body Shop Manager David Norris, and Estimator Chris Behney) and I started to raise up my voice and yell at them why did you guys lied and cheated on the date of pictures. I kept asking them to show me the pictures when I dropped my car, but they hid the pictures and could not release any pictures because they have the copyright of the pictures. I suddenly realized that they were cheating, and hiding something, so I asked the Body Shop Manager David Norris to e-mail me the pictures taken on Oct 10th(when I dropped my car), but they he said "NO" and he threatened to call the police if I did not leave their office immediately. I was so angry and absurd, so I called the 911, and ask them I need help to get my pictures since they hid something and didn't release any of the pictures because of the copyright. After I called the 911, they finally sent me the pictures of my car when I dropped there, and the picture clearly showed there was no crack When I dropped my car, and after 8 days, after the windshield was broken, they took pictures of the windshield again. Of course, even after eight days when they found out the crack, they did not even mention anything about the crack until I picked it up. Anyway, after I called Mercedes USA customer center, and Park Place Mercedes dealerships, I got a phone call from the supervisor there. He said, they can change the windshield but I have to pay for the glass. Why I need to pay for the glass since it happened there? does that make sense? The price of glass is not a problem. I'm so angry at the fact that they were trying to hide something, threatened me, lied and cheated on the date of pictures. Also, their attitude toward me is completely wrong, and I do not understand why should the owner of their car be treated like this? Now, I'm trying to prepare a lawsuit, and I just hope that there are no more victims ever again. If you drop your car there, you could be a victim like me. Judgment is yours. More

A month or so ago he made me aware of a program where we could turn in our lease early. We chose the '17 C300 Cabriolet. We handled all the details over the internet and I walked in signed the papers and told him it was a surprise for my wife and that we would be in the next day to pick it up. When we arrived at the dealership the car was on the showroom floor, with a bow on it. He spent 15 or 20 minutes going over all the details with my wife and answered her questions. This was our 4th MB and Park Place has serviced them all. Its a great company where the people are truly allowed to make the difference and do the little extra's We will be back in a couple years to do it all again, Rodney Stokes More
