I have given 5 star in all areas because kevin went the extra mile with me and described every little defect over the phone with me and went over all original paperwork and made sure they had the correct paperwork for me, gave it a drive himself and gave me an honest evealuation and which he described it pretty much a new car and when I got there the car it was as he described and being a former PCA President I am very Pickie so It's nice to meet someone honest in the car business that tells you the good and bad just being honest about condition, we traveled 300 miles to come and get this car and I would do it again in a heart beat if kevin is helping me, James Crowne

I am not the typical buyer. I review numerous dealers online and read their reviews before viewing the vehicles they offer. I completed the initial commitment with Kevin Shevlin online while I was on a business trip in Florida. Upon returning from the trip, I visited the dealership to complete the deal. All of the employees at Park Place revealed professional presentation and personal concern for my satisfaction with the transaction during my visit. My subsequent visit to complete the additions to my vehicle was equally rewarding as the sales department stepped up to the plate and took care of a minor issue they felt should have been taken care of during the preparation of my Boxster. I will definitely be doing business with Park Place for all future transactions, even though another Porsche Dealer is considerably closer. Thanks to all of you at Park Place for making my wife and I feel at home.

I called ahead of time to let the dealership know I was driving up from Austin to look at a used Audi on their lot (1 of 3 I intended to look at in the Dallas area). When I arrived (after having looked at 1 of them already), Daniel (the salesperson I spoke to on the phone) had the car out and ready for me to test drive. The car was exactly as described and very clean, with no undisclosed issues. Daniel showed me the car fax without me having to ask for it, and brought over another salesperson who was familiar with Audis to answer some questions I had about the vehicle. It was the car I wanted, and I ended up paying a very reasonable price for it (it was already the lowest asking price of the 3 I intended to look at). I was there for ~2.5hrs between arriving and driving the car off the lot.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly, courteous, and helpful, without being the least bit pushy. Daniel in particular was a pleasure to work with. The whole experience went about as well as it could possibly have. Bottom line is ... I'd buy another vehicle from Park Place Porsche in a heartbeat, should the need arise.

I have been buying Porsches since the middle 1980"s this was one of my greatest experiences buying a car. I did the entire transaction by email and the phone since I live in Houston. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and they did not waste my time with the usual games many dealers play. When I am ready for my next new Porsche ParkPlce will be the first dealership I contact!

Whenever I contact Jordan for service on our Porsche he is prompt to get me in and always with a smile. He is flexible with my schedule and is aware of any time constraints I have and accommodates quickly and friendly. Jason has been outstanding, above and beyond what is expected in a car purchase operation, always responsive, willing to take care of the client, prompt in responding, taking care of issues, and delivering excellent service and customer care. Overall, the best car shopping experience I have have so far, even considering that my wife and I have the luck to get prime German brands. By far the best car buying experience I ever had. Negotiations were simple and fact-based (they actualy saved me some money). The sales person was extremely knowledgable and curteous. The necessary financial and administrative paperwork was handled very efficiently -- far faster than I've encountered at other dealers. Finally, the car prep (a certified pre-owned car) was excellent. By the time you're done, you do feel like part of the Park Place Porsche family.

Kevin Shevlin was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to answer every question and make sure I understood what I was buying fit my needs. He made the experience of buying a 2013 Porsche (Carrea S Cabriolet) a pleasurable one. I live in Michigan and he works in Dallas.

Working with Keith Beitter and Park Place Porsche was a very enjoyable experience. Being from California I am used to a much more impersonal and aggressive sales approach when shopping for a car, so I was pleasantly surprised how I was treated by Keith and the rest of the staff at Park Place Porsche.
