There were a few hiccups beyond anyone's control, but overall I''m very happy with this vehicle. This was an online purchase and I'm not sure if I'll make another purchase without actually seeing the product first.

I was referred to Jeff by a business associate. I had never done any business with any Park Place dealership before. Jeff and I had a conversion about the type of vehicle I was looking for, as well as, what features I wanted. Jeff was very knowledgeable and advised me on some features I had questions about. I recently purchased a used Porsche and being out of state there is always a reason of doubt. However, that was not the case in dealing with Daniel and Park Place Porsche. He was courteous, polite and returned my calls promptly. He even sent me photos of every detail of the car and called me to discuss them.

We established a level of trust and my comfort level in purchasing the car sight unseen was diminished. The experience could not have been better. The car was delivered to California and it was just perfect. Daniel even followed up on two occasions to make sure everything was as expected. I spent several months looking for my next vehicle. Park Place Porsche was one place I kept coming back to. While the quality of vehicle was a big factor in continually going back to the Porsche option, the customer service experience was a supporting factor.

After testing several cars including the new M5, 650I, Audi S7 & RS5 I happened to be driving by Porsche on Lemmon ave on a Monday night after work. I met Jim Lannom while looking at the cars in the pre-owned section. We chatted for a few minutes and proceeded to view the new 991. Long story short I picked out the car I wanted that night. I negotiated with Jim and His manager Jeff Clarimont Tuesday and picked the car up Wednesday after lunch. Coming from a Prestige Audi S5 manual which was a good car, but never as special as it should have been, the Porsche 911 is in a different league. The follow up from Jim has been great. He was a gentleman, a Porsche enthusiast and easy to work with. I would suggest Jim to friends, family and CoWorkers. Less than two weeks later I had my girlfriend buy her new Mercedes at Park Place.

I am already looking forward to my next 911C4S

My wife 2008 Carrera S lease was about to mature on 6/2013. My wife and I have been shopping for her replacement car at Boardwalk Porsche where the Carrera S was originally leased from. We have lost our previous salesperson due to whatever reason and wasn't satisfied with the new salesperson who really made no effort in customer service. My ParkPlace Mercedez sales Erik refer me to Eric Mazariegos at Parkplace Porsche and I was so impressed with his effort in customer service that we purchase a 2013 Turbo S from him. The experience from Eric all the way to management and Finance dept. at Parkplace Porsche made the sale a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend the dealership to anyone who's in the market for a Porsche.

Bought a Porsche Cayenne Turbo; my first Porsche. From the first call to ask questions about the car, to the final signature for the purchase, Keith Beiter provided a Professional, straight forward approach making the buying experience painless. I was not going to trade my car in on the Porsche but the dealership worked hard to make this an easy decision for me, providing a fair offer and smooth process. I have had the car back to get the front windows tinted and have the dealer take car of a small issue and the customer service was outstanding.

My first Porsche purchase. My first out of state purchase from a dealer over the internet. My first purchase of a vehicle sight unseen. In all regards John Edwards and the Park Place team treated me and the purchased vehicle with professionalism and service that one would expect for this brand -- even though I was thousand+ miles away. John stayed in constant communication throughout the process and arranged for top notch delivery of the vehicle to me in CA. If I or friend are in the market for another car, Park Place and John Edwards will be the first contact.
