Here I go again. How Fabulous is Park Place Volvo? Fabulous! This is my 3rd XC60 and of course I went back to Parkplace Volvo Volvo. My lease was up. Well there was Mr. Mark Young and his team to greet and help me. These folks need to receive every REWARD in the automotive industry. Grease everywhere and still broke Just picked up my car. There is grease on the steering wheel, in the carpet, on the entry into the car. It's terrible. While it does look like they washed the outside the inside is worse then when I took it. I can't believe that a prestigious place like this would treat their customers so bad. I took it in for my back up camera not working. I went from the dealership to the mall and guess what, the camera didn't work. They did fix my visor and my cup holder but my camer and my transmission were what I went in for. I wouldn't recommend this place. More

He told me about incentives that saved me money on the purchase of a New Volvo S60, I purchased a pre-owned BMW across the street at the MB dealership, I did not like the car and he worked with me to bring it back after it was financed and I purchased a Mercedes Benz with a lower interest rate, and again, he told me about all the incentives and my first two payments were paid by MB. I am spoiled now! More

After a wasted day at the other place we called Park Place and spoke to Marriette. We asked her about inventory and had a car picked out that we thought would be perfect that evening. She sent me the trade info sheet that night. In the morning she called and had the car ready for our arrival. The deal was simple and the dealership actually looked like it should be selling nice cars! Thanks for doing what you said you would do and making it easy!! More

Very Professional & Honest Business I recently purchased my first luxury car (Jaguar) from Marc Young at Park Place Volvo. My purchase was completed from out of town and I was very hesit I recently purchased my first luxury car (Jaguar) from Marc Young at Park Place Volvo. My purchase was completed from out of town and I was very hesitant to do so, especially the type of vehicle I was purchasing. I would have preferred test driving the vehicle in person prior to completing a sale. However, Marc was very upfront and honest with providing details of the car and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. After comparing the details to 4 similar vehicles from other out of town dealers, I decided to trust Marc's word on the vehicle he had.
