Purchased 2 trucks from Parks Ford in November. Both deals went very smooth and easy. No pressure, quick paperwork and great customer service. I will be buying more vehicles from Parks Ford. My mustang had a recall on it for the wiring harness on the back up camera. Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks prior for 8:30am. The morning of I drop my car off and I’m asked if I had a ride home and I resp the back up camera. Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks prior for 8:30am. The morning of I drop my car off and I’m asked if I had a ride home and I responded with no I don’t, how long is it going to take. Service advisor had no time frame to give or plan what so ever for my vehicle. Even informed the car could have to stay over night. I was not aware of that at all prior to my appointment. No time to plan for it. I don’t receive a call until 1:30pm that afternoon to inform me there was no issue with my camera and it was good to go. I was not fond of that answer because I specifically told the service team 3 weeks prior to my appointment my back up camera was glitching or leaving a black screen saying to contact dealership. Service advisor said well that was not said to us in the morning. I informed the individual I made you guys aware of it 3 weeks ago, should have took note of the issue. The service team barely had any clue about what the recall was about. Advisor said well that’s an aback up camera issue not a wiring issue. I told him recall clearly states back up camera and wiring harness. Service advisor informs me he will talk to his tech again and give me a call back. About 2 hours later I call for an update and front desk can not get a hold of the service department. After 3 hours of waiting I finally get a call back from service and I’m informed that the back up camera issue did occur and that it was the wiring harness. He said they had a wiring harness in stock but that they had to keep the car overnight to complete the job. Told me it would get started night of and be finished next morning. Advisor then had no plan or estimate of my car being done for the next morning. Now I was without a car for a whole day plus who knows how long for the next day. Service team was terrible and did not seem to want to work on my vehicle. It seems absurd to take all day and a next day just to check and replace a wiring harness. Will not be back. Very unhappy with the unpreparedness and last minute info. My appointment was specifically booked 3 weeks prior because they were busy. They should’ve been ready for my vehicle after 3 weeks of a scheduled appointment. More
I like the truck I bought. I don't care for the battery going dead the next day and the dealer saying sorry we had no idea there was an issue. Almost like they they charged t I don't care for the battery going dead the next day and the dealer saying sorry we had no idea there was an issue. Almost like they they charged the dead battery and then gave me the keys. Typical dealership washing their hands with any issues they sell you. Its not like the battery went dead 6 months later lol. Salesman says 2 weeks ago he is checking with his sales manager but today calls and has no knowledge of the sales manager checking into it. This is why I rarely ever buy from a dealer. More
Rudy Porter was a great first experience with this dealership. I was able to text, call or stop by to reach Rudy and have my questions answered about which vehicle to purchase and how to get financing dealership. First we schedule an appointment a week out. They had the vehicle 10 days before they end look at it. Took explorer in for service diagnose with a problem roughly $1000 and we agreed then found something else after we agreed so up to roughly $1700 for the work. They tell now another problem cause break problems possible 2700 for complete wiring harness. We said not because it was only a possible problem. We got the auto back and now doing the same thing as before we spent 1700. The service manger said it was the wiring harness and we said no you said that was an issue with the brakes. He then proceed to call us a liar and said he never said that. Horrible absolutely horrible customer service. Someone really needs to hold these people accountable. Go to Santa Fe Ford way nicer and way more honest. Sham on Park Ford More

Eric didn’t take responsibility for a botched oil change. I left a poor review on another website and he called and left a voicemail threatening me if I didn’t take it down. Avoid this place if possible. I left a poor review on another website and he called and left a voicemail threatening me if I didn’t take it down. Avoid this place if possible. More
I was debating on whether to wait and continue to shop around; however, customer service with Harold Miles was the deciding factor. My wife and I purchased a 2015 Certified Ford Escape from Park Ford this week, shopping through Google search. We drove to Gainesville to demo this car, meeting the salesman we spoke to by phone, Chase Haye Park Ford this week, shopping through Google search. We drove to Gainesville to demo this car, meeting the salesman we spoke to by phone, Chase Hayes. We were impressed at the quality appearance of the facility and the friendliness of the personnel. Chase met us and had the Escape ready for a test drive. Chase was a wealth of knowledge on the function, description and operation of the Escape as I drove. The car was very clean, drove perfectly and fit all our expectations. Returning to the dealership, Case made us comfortable and went over the pricing, warranty. and the agreed on pricing, saving me a little extra on the transfer. We went to lunch while Chase took care of having the car checked over, having the gas tank filled and ready to roll as well as the paper work. We came back from lunch, we were introduced to George, the Finance Mgr. took care of the settlement in a few minutes while chatting with Dewayne the Sale Manager. When finished, Chase walked us to our son's new ride, gave me some last minute instruction and I had a nice drive home, having had a plesent experience purchasing a car, not always plesent, from some past experiences. Above all I thank Chase for his informed and patient efforts to make me a happy customer. More
