Mr. John is wonderful and has taken care of two issues I have had in four years. He shows he cares and wants his dealership to be the best. The service department deserves all of the awards it has earned. Sam is wonderful and honest. Love my car and love the service I get! More
Resolved problem professionally Came in for an alert. Said it would take less than an hour. On camera saw no one approach my car for a full hour. Asked driver about a ride. Someone came out and said the diagnosis was "almost done". Finally saw someone approach my car. 10 min later they said they didn't have the part. I was quite upset that no one apologized. I reported my concerns here and immediately received a response from the dealership. They picked up and dropped off my car for the final repair and I've had no problem since. More
Horrible. Take advantage of customer desperation I have had a horrible experience with Hyundai Parks of Gainesville since buying a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They failed to tell me that a spare tire was n I have had a horrible experience with Hyundai Parks of Gainesville since buying a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They failed to tell me that a spare tire was not stocked in the trunk, and when a had a flat tire on the Florida Turnpike, they wanted to charge me $800 to tow my car to their dealership, plus the price of a new tire and placement of a spare in the trunk. They're claim is that most car companies do not stock a spare tire anymore, which all consumers know is nonsense. To make matters worse, their representatives lack the empathetic qualities and the drive to help that is a central tenet of customer service. They have also failed to address my contiued complaint about the care shaking when standing still, usually by dismissing my claims and stating that the car just does not do so. I would not recommend Parks Hyundai for anybody. More

Never bought a car at this dealership, but they treat me as if I'd purchased three units from them over the years. I think that fact says a lot about how a customer is supposed to be treated.Customer service is not a foreign language in this place. Well done people. Keep it up. More

The service has always been first rate, and the people (low turnover rates) have always been courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done on my car. I am very particular about the way I manage and maintain my cars, and by using Hyundai of Gainesville, I can rest assured that my vehicle will always be serviced properly, and with the greatest of care. I will use this dealer until such time as my confidence in them wanes. More
