I drove in wanting to take a look at a new Hyundai Sonata. As soon as I drove in I was approached by Steven's friendly smile. I told him exactly what I was looking for and that is what he brought me. Although the dealer's condition wasn't the best, their top notch customer service and friendly attitude made up for it (they're moving to a new location soon).

During the whole process their communication was very open and honest. Steven was always available and welcomed calls and SMS messages, which eases the whole process. Jackie was also readily available and very responsive when I emailed her. I value the professionalism and open lines of communication.

Steven worked with me to get the a good deal: an affordable car with great features that doesn't leave me in the poor house. He always had a friendly smile and was very professional with a hint of casualness that also eased the car-buying experience. He was always honest. A+

Jackie also worked with many financial institutions to get me the best deal. I have good but limited credit, but she was able to pull it off. She explained everything very clearly and gladly reiterated when needed. A+

I have also been working with Bill today (04/01/13) to fix a minor cosmetic issue on the car (which Steven pointed out at the time of sale). It was missing a door-pillar appliqué (minor/silly issue) and they fixed it today. Bill has been very responsive to phone calls, and scheduling. It has been a pleasure working with him. A+

We had a very positive experience both at the dealership in general and with our salesman in particular. Steven Smith did everything we asked and more. My husband and I really liked how the dealership worked with us and our budget. We told them what we were looking for and at a price range we could afford and they really worked with us in finding something that fit our needs. We were very pleased with the offer and the customer service. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others and be a returning customer. Steven Smith earned my business yesterday. I don't like having to go to dealerships and talk to salesmen, very stereotypically they are more interested in a sale than getting me into a car I'll love. Steven didnt come off that way at all, he was very friendly and above all, knowledgable. I found that I enjoyed my experience at Hyundai, a first for me as I usually purchase cars over the phone to avoid the salesmen tactics. I did not purchase the car I went to look at, but in the next few months I will be purchasing a car from Hyundai of Gainesville and through Steven.

We are so very happy we went to Hyundai of Gainesville. Hyundai.com was who picked that dealer because they had 2 Accents my wife and I were interested in. They were quick to answer all of my e-mail questions and I had no problems with setting up an appointment on my schedule. When my wife and I got there we were greeted with the most curtious and respectfull employees you could ask for. Sebastian Sevona and his team went way beyond what was neccessary to help us get exactly what we were looking for and getting the financing we hoped for! My wife and I were so impressed and happy with how we were treated we will never go anywhere else for a new or a used car for our entire family.

I looked for an Elantra GT using Carwoo. I was contacted by several dealerships during that process. In addition, I also contacted several dealerships outside of the Carwoo service concerning Elantra GTs that they had for sale. Steven consistently provided me with full information relative to the car that Gainesville Hyundai had for sale and consistently indicated that his primary goal was for A+ customer service and the best price on my car. He was able to deliver on both of those promises. The sales process went smoothly and the dealership even worked quickly to get the sale completed so that I could make an appointment that I had that evening. Finally, they gave me a fair value for my trade in. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Mr. Steven Smith was very professional and pleasant both in manner and dress on each of mine and my husband's visits to the dealership. Most of all, he was most patient and very persistent, with the support of the dealership (particularly Jim Schroeder), in finding the vehicle I wanted in the color I desired with the premium package I wanted. Again, we were treated professionally and with the upmost care by Mr. Smith and Mr. Schroeder (they and other salesmen were quick to bring us water and coffee and open doors) while we dealt with a puppy in ICU and then bouts of flu ourselves before the sale could be consumated.
