I came in and had shopped around with a few dealers, I hadn't told Brock this and he promised me the best price. He beat the other guys but almost a $1000. They're honest and treated me really well. He even set up both of my service appointments for me. He wasn't pushy at all and new everything about all of his products. I originally showed up looking at the Ford Escape and he showed me the Compass because he thought I would like it more and he was soooooo right. I'm so grateful and couldn't be happier! I LOVE my new Compass! More

Lied to my face over price - one day it was 14887, two days later same exact car was 15487. And they refused to admit it. Or come down to the original price.
