They overcharged me to replace an EGR valve on my wife's 300 I would not recommend this dealership to anyone especially for service. I took it in for recall when I figured I'd have them fix the EGR and they over I would not recommend this dealership to anyone especially for service. AWFUL! Awful experience. Went in for a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the expectation to lease and was given a quote that was $150 higher than a competitor. That s Awful experience. After negotiating, we finally settled on a price and started the paperwork. The entire process took 3 hours to complete. I contemplated walking out, but this dealer had the Jeep I wanted in stock. Once everything was said and done, I got in the car to a near-empty tank. Guess it wasn't the Jeep I wanted. THE WORST! I would give zero stars if I could. More
