Service was Fine, Loaner folks were blah. I bought my 435i from Passport and had a great experience at purchase, so I went back for service. Service people we courteous and knowledgeable. My car wasn't done on time, which was frustrating, but they gave me a discount (without me asking) because of it, which was thoughtful. The ladies at the Loaner Car Counter were so out of place! They do not belong at a BMW dealership!! Perhaps they came from a "buy here pay here, no credit needed" kind of place.... rude, aloof, slow, they had it all. Then the car I got was disgusting inside and out, and had no gas..... All that to say, there's a BMW dealership closer to my house, and I'll likely give it a try next time the service reminder light comes on. More

Complementary shuttle to/from metro was quick, clean, and on time with a great driver. Cost was very reasonable - oil/filter change, brake fluid flush/refill, wash and vacuum, and multiple checks (fluids, brakes,etc) was $250. For 30 yrs I’ve done most of my own servicing but in winter at this price, quality of service, and convenience, this is the better choice. More
Rear diff bushings I used to come here for my previous BMW. Then I bought my current car from a different dealer and serviced there while the car was under warranty. What I always liked about Passport is that they are honest and don't recommend repairs that are not needed. Unfortunately that is not the case for every dealership. Thus, I am back and was pleased with the work they did on the rear diff. More
EFFECTIVE Micheal Jenkins at Passport BMW in Camp Springs handled my vehicle that was towed Christmas Day from not starting. He called me the next morning when they opened for business and let me know what the issue was as well as other safety concerns. He verified I had an extended warranty and went the extra mile to be sure I knew what else I should have done to ensure my safety on the road. He offered to lend me a loaner being I was paying for a rental in the meantime. The very next day and several phone calls of communication regarding the status of my vehicle, I was able to come pick my vehicle up. I have a few other things to handle and I will be sure to ONLY reach out to MICHAEL JENKINS as my service tech. It’s hard to come by EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE...I’ll hold on to this GEM😊 More

I called the service department to alert them that my car woul After suffering a tire blowout on the interstate, my vehicle was towed to Passport BMW. I called the service department to alert them that my car would be towed in. Surprisingly, I was met at the door by my service advisor, Jeanette, who treated me like I was the "most important" BMW customer in her day. Even though I had purchased my car at another dealership, she looked up service records and insurance coverages and quickly set my expectations on what I was to receive in the way of service. Through the dealership, she provided me lunch, arranged for a temporary loaner vehicle, and turned what had been a bad day, better. The dealership was clean, employees were friendly, the atmosphere inviting, and everything seemed to hum along efficiently. I was kept aware of the progress of the repair and the dealership met all my expectations. I'm back on the road and will use Passport for all future service on my vehicle. More

Each time I am there they all are courteous, and greets you with a smile. 21 years of great service So much of my positive experience and service has come via my service representative Keith Renner. No matter if it is scheduled matience appointment So much of my positive experience and service has come via my service representative Keith Renner. No matter if it is scheduled matience appointment or an emergency appointment, my service rep Keith Renner NEVER leaves me stranded. He always finds me a loaner to get me by while my car is in the shop and monitors and keeps me in the loop with needed and costs of repairs. I can say over the years now Keith has become more of a friend then a service rep. That’s also why my 1998 BMW is still my daily driver with over 233,000 miles. HOOYAH Keith Renner And Passport BMW!
