I brought my car in for repairs, I had a rattle in the front right side they told me they knew what the problem was and it would cost $1150.00 and any other place it would have cost $600.00. I got the car front right side they told me they knew what the problem was and it would cost $1150.00 and any other place it would have cost $600.00. I got the car back and was told that the problem was 99% fixed but a front strut needed to be replaced but after 2 weeks I briught the car in and got a call saying sorry we missed this but the noise is the top engine mount. I'm not rich and 1100.00 is allt of money to have someone miss diagnose your car. the said the would put the part in and did not charge me for it but $160.00 vs 1100.00 is a big difference. More

Met with Charles Shewmaker and Kevin Drost, and Charles Blackstone. Gave $1,000 deposit and a buyers order. Was told I would be called when "maintenance was done." Then, no call. Every time I called, was told that tires were ordered for the car from "Seattle." Now, has been over one week, and suddenly the internet price has changed to $19,647. Refusing to honor their written and verbal agreement. The people there are a bunch of crooks and liars. They wasted my time, effort, and now they are in breach of contract. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Use it only for test driving, but NOT buying. More
This dealership is not honest. Bought a brand new infiniti, only to find out after bringing it home, it had previous paint work done. Took it back and had to spend more money to get another new one. infiniti, only to find out after bringing it home, it had previous paint work done. Took it back and had to spend more money to get another new one. If I had to do it all again, I would have asked for my money back and ran. I will never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone. Don't trust them. More

Okay experience, did not like the fact that the sales rep had to bring his manager out to haggle prices. Manager was not that friendly but other than that everything was okay. had to bring his manager out to haggle prices. Manager was not that friendly but other than that everything was okay. More

The following is my experience with Passport of Infiniti in Virginia Alexandria on April 27, 2005.

From an internet quote request. Passport quoted me an advertisement of 500 dollars below invoice on in Virginia Alexandria on April 27, 2005.

From an internet quote request. Passport quoted me an advertisement of 500 dollars below invoice on an all new 2005 G35X excluding taxes, tags, and destination charge. The model I was looking for was a base 2005 G35x. This particular car had splash guards, trunk mat, and spare tire.

Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by the dealer and we test drove the car. Everything was fine up until we sat down to start the paper work. The price this company quoted me was about 610 dollars over what I was expecting. Turns out they included the destination charge as part of their original invoice. So this is how they calculated the invoice price:

Invoice = Base + Options + DESTINATION CHARGE

The calculation of the final price is:
Final Price = Invoice (from above) + DESTINATION CHARGE (AGAIN) - 500 (from the internet quote)

Basically the dealer is trying to make you believe you are getting a 500 dollar discount but in reality you're not. They make it up by charging you Destination charge twice. True, some of you may think that's still a good price, which I believe is true. There are other dealers like Rosenthal and Timonium that will give you deals for the same if not better.

When I pointed this out to him, the sales person got his manager and his manager came back to say "take it or leave it". The guy lied straight to my face saying that they are not charging me destination charge twice. The manager even printed out the invoice. Even the invoice showed the exact calculation above, but the manager refused to admit he was charging me twice for destination. They knew I caught them in a lie and that's when I just packed up and left.

Just be wary of dealer tricks like this. I would not trust anyone at that dealer. More
Best dealership for Infinity purchase. I got a quick response for my quote request via internet. They gave the best quote and didn't low ball me when I went in for my car purchase. I forgot the smartt response for my quote request via internet. They gave the best quote and didn't low ball me when I went in for my car purchase. I forgot the smarttag for my tradein and when I realized that, they tracked it down for me though the tradein car has already been sold.

I dealt with Jim Coleman before I bought the car from passport and the experience at Jim Coleman was quite bad. They said one thing on the phone and changed their words when I went in to the dealership.

Of the three Infinity dealerships in the DC metro area that I contacted (Rosenthal, Passport and Jim Coleman), Passport Infinity has the fastest response time and they tried their best to get my business.

I was considering Acura TL and Infinity G35. When I went in to test drive the Acura at a local dealership, the sales guy asked me what other cars I am considering. When I mentioned that I test drove G35 at passport Infinity, the Acura sales guy said if you are buying infinity, buy it from Passport, they are the best infinity dealers in this area. He said he owned a G35 coupe before and he bought it from Passport.

If a sales person from a competing maker has good words for passport, then passport infinity is a good place to buy your car from.
