Sent email to passport Nissan and others in area from Nissan website Eric Grube form passport was the only salesperson who not only sent me a quote in a timely fashion also called me to ensure it was the options that I was looking for I later that day went to the dealer as I set an appointment and just as was told to me and my wife’s surprise the Murano I was looking for was ready for us to look at and we purchased it soon after.

Considerably unhappy with their service dept. They refuse most warrenty work and charge you excessive amounts for simple items.. They dont care about their clients and vehicels. I will never bring my car back there again. Even though I bought it from them.

Beware!!!

Passport Nissan of Alexandria charges for repairs not needed.

If you have done any repairs through them, verify that they actually done the work.

Get you old parts back and verify with an independent service place if those parts were bad in the first place.

Do not be suprise of what you will learn!!

My Review of Passport Nissan of Alexandria:
My only real issue is that when we looked to purchase our vehicle we were told the only available one with our options was in Carolina. They said they would truck it to Alexandria, but we noticed that the vehicle was driven - geven the number of miles on the odometer (originally it was a floor model - those don't usually have several hundred miles). Also, there was a music CD in the CD player.<br><br>But all in all, there were OK to deal with. We got the car we wanted at a reasonable price.
