This dealership is one of the worst in the area. The service is terrible, the service dept. employees won't even look at you unless you get in there face and demand service, and even then, they'll do th service is terrible, the service dept. employees won't even look at you unless you get in there face and demand service, and even then, they'll do there job half as good as they should. My dealership refused to alter my options on the car, such as have my lights flash when the car is unlocked/locked. They explained to me this could only be done on vehicles with an OEM alarm. I explained to them how it was done and a numerous amount of cars that belong to people I know, and they DO NOT have an alarm. On top of that, they look at me like they are buying a car from me, and I have to treat them with top-nouch respect, which I may add, I do from the beginning, until they become snotty acting like they don't need my business. Defenitly would NOT recommend Patrick BMW until it gets a new line of staff. More
