Right from the start of the process we felt important and valued. The vehicle that we ended up going with is everything that we expected and then some. One of the best things is that we did not spend a whole day at the dealership like has happened in the past with other places.

My Review of Patrick Cadillac Saab:
I actually regret not giving 5 stars all the way around. I have had my trusty Saab serviced by Patrick for a few years now and have found their Saab service department exceptional in every way. And when it came time to trade the old Saab in, I actually got a call from Patrick to come in to look at a Volvo. The first appointment, the salesman kept me waiting an hour to finish the sale of a new car, which I could forgive since I was told that the buyers were late for their own appointment, altough he could have referred me to another salesman. However, after keeping me waiting the first visit to make sure any sale to me was on his books, the salesman just . . . didn't show up for the follow up appointment to finalize a sale. I left a message on his voice mail to ask if I mis-calendared the date, and . . . I never even got a call back. About a week later, my wife and I bought a 2012 Chrysler from Ziegler same day we walked in. Even being generous and assuming that Patrick simply did not want my business, still, basic professionalism dictates that the sales rep could have at least called back to let me know that. I shudder to think how I would have been treated if I had actually bought something and had problems later.

Rose is always very helpful and friendly, with her the customer comes first. Pricing could be a little cheaper, but not too extream for a cadillac dealer. She trys to get ypu in and out on the time promised. Patric Cadillac should value this great employee.

My Review of Patrick Cadillac Saab:
My husband and I purchased a Cadillac SRX from Patrick Cadillac on Tuesday, March 27th. Our salesperson was Aaron Franchi. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. There was never any pressure from Aaron to take the financing (we were paying cash), or any of the add-ons. We got the price we wanted for our trade-in, as well as our new car. He spent a lot of time going over the features of our car, which made me more comfortable to drive it off the lot (knowing I wouldn't have to spend hours with the owners manual). He was honest about being new to the business of car sales, and it was refreshing to work with him on this purchase. He's a keeper!

Needed oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 12:50 P.M. Went across the street for lunch. While walking back to (1:40 P.M.) Patrick cell phone rang. Never answered the call. The car was washed and ready to go as i wallked up the drive. Nice work1

I purchased this vehicle last March and could not have been happier with the experience. Our sales representative went above and beyond what you would ever expect and told me - if you ever need anything, don't hesitate to let me know. Since this is a 2011 Escalade Hybrid, there is now spare tire and last week when driving through a construction area in Downtown Chicago, one of the tires received a 2-inch cut and immediately went flat. Upon reaching out to Grant, he took over from there. After a wrecker took it to the dealership, Grant then personally delivered the car back to me. In 35 years of buying vehicles, I have never experienced this exceptional level of service.

I had problems with my car and out of the 4 things that were wrong 1 was fixed.I am a but upset.There was a rattle in the dash board by the radio and they said it was the wiper arm and changed it, my remote is suppose to work from 193 feet I have to be 5 car widths away before it will start, they said it was the battery, it still won't start, there was air noise in the back hatchback it is still there, they said they did not hear anything...and they had my car for 1 week and somone drove it home to hear the noise my husband picked up my car yesterday, I got in it this morning drove it down the street and low and behold there is the noise again....
