No games, no "I have to talk to my manager" and no "why don't you just come in to the dealership?" Ashvin Shah just asked a few questions and gave us a good price. We did the paperwork by email so everything was ready when we went. When we got there our car was parked out front with our name on the dash, cleaned and ready to go. We signed, then went in to leasing. Done in 15 minutes. Mr. Shah spent an hour showing my wife all the bells and whistles on her new car. We drove away very happy.
