They have an online scheduler I used for my service appointment. During CV pandemic they have a concierge service - they collected my car from my driveway and returned it fully serviced and inspected. appointment. I have a small scratch and since I bought the plan for scratches to be fixed I brought my car in . They looked at it and said where the scratch was is plastic so they would have to replace the part bc scratches to be fixed I brought my car in .
