My Review of Patrick Subaru:
From the time I sat down with the Service Consultant to explain my visit, which would require an examination of my vehicle towed to Patrick Motors the night before after overheating/dying on 495 North and whether my decision would be to have repair work done or look into purchasing another vehicle, I received the utmost in customer service assistance in accessing the steps and options available to me. Due to the time of my arrival, the waiting room was full, and since it would take 3-4 hours before my car could be looked at, they offered to drive me home. I decided to look at what was on their lot and the Sales and Leasing Consultant I dealt with was extremely patient, informative and a pleasure to deal with in the steps I needed to take in order to finalize my purchase. By mid-afternoon I had my vehicle and was driving off the lot. I have dealt with Patrick Motors for over 8 years and have found all of my encounters to be professional, informative and courteous.

My Review of Patrick Subaru:
I went to this dealership as a recommendation from friends. I was treated great from the minute I walked in and everyone was very polite. Tri was fantastic and so convenient. Tri took time to work with me and to help me find the car that was great for me. After I found a car the finance department was very helpful in helping find me a price I could pay monthly. This was the first time I have ever bought a brand new car from a dealer and this was one of the best dealers I went to and I was not pushed to buy I was helped in getting the car I wanted.

the sales person and dealer went above and beyond there was a problem with the registration and they stayed late so the car caould be delivered that day. I paid a deposit on Sat and picked it up monday evening The care was ready to go when I came monday evening

My Review of Patrick Subaru:
The saleperson was great. No matter how many questins I had or how many times I called for quotes on my trade-in or the car itself his answers were always up front and response time was within the business day. NO pressure on the sale and no hassle when taking our time to look at the inventory. We were interested in the 2010 even though the new cars were out. I never felt pressured in talk or body language to get a 2011. Our saleperson was friendly, helpful after the sale with how the car runs and great with follow up. The experience for me was just the way I like it-just the facts and finding the right price for me. Also, when I returned to buy winter floor maps for the car another salesperson offered to carry them out to the car for me and I bet if I asked he would have helped me put them in as well, but I didn't need the help.

My Review of Patrick Subaru:
Surprisingly great experience with these folks. They had the car we wanted in the color we were looking for and features we needed. They matched the CostCo price we were offered by another dealer who did not have the car we wanted.

Financing was easy and there was no high pressure sales pitch on the aftermarket add-ons like some dealers (all?) try to force on you at the close. Great dealership and sales person.

Elvis was wonderful to work with. I had been to the dealer 4 times (3 within a month) for the same thing. low cat. I was done with buying subaru's until Elvis handled the situation. he was nice and did everything he said he was going to and was pleasant and very professional.

My Review of Patrick Subaru:
Patrick worked with me and made my experience as painless as possible. I live in CT and when they registered my car they arranged for me to meet them in CT close to my home so that I did not have to make the hour trip to Shrewsbury again - that's great customer service. I found them to be honest and forthcoming about all things regarding the purchase of my new/used car, and I could not be happier with the car itself. I would recommend them to anyone in the area - they are great to deal with - no funny dealer double talk!

My Review of Patrick Subaru:
I found this dealership through a service which is offered on the Consumer Reports web site. Through this service, I did not have to bargain and purchased the car for a set price. I did everything over the telephone and was exceptionally happy. One of their salesmen, Tri, helped us through the entire process of purchasing a car.... this was somewhat complicated by the fact that we were out of state. Tri gave me his personal cell phone and I was in frequent contact with him over a period of several days. He was always available.... and that includes nights and weekends when I was not working. He was exceptionally patient, informative, knowledgeable, pleasant......... he seemed to be the antithesis of what the stereotypical car salesman is supposed to be. He was not pushy and he came off as being completely genuine (I would like to think I'm a good judge of character). He looked into the laws of purchasing a car in the state we live in and communicated that effectively.

After I purchased the car and drove off the lot, Tri called me back at 8:30pm the following night when I had a question about one of the functions which I could not get to work.

I have a pet peeve about people not caring to do their job well when they work in customer service. This was not the case with my experience and when it comes time to purchase another new car, we will go through Consumer Reports/Zag.com again and I will certainly be giving the same salesperson a call.

My Review of Patrick Subaru:
I remember people always telling me never to get service done to my car at Patrick Subaru, but i though nothing bad could happen to me - they did not know what they were talking about.. (yeah right!) I could write a book on why i think Patrick Subaru should NOT be recommended to anyone but Ill try and keep it short. In the beginning it was great, the sales rep whent out of this way to put me in a subaru - no matter what it took. about 6 months later i started having problems with the car and brought it into service it was then i realized that no one there knew what they were doing, they would diagnose my issue and tell me it was one thing, then when i picked up the car they said it was somthing else - and never fixed the problem, giving me the run around. it took 4 tries back to the delaership before they fixed the problem, each time they would put over 20 miles on my car and give me the feeling my car was taken out only to run errands when they should have been working on it. the last time i took it there they fixed the issue but found another way to make me upset and fail miserably at any attempt to ever make me go back (i could go into detail but like i said I dont want to write a book). to sum this up I would have to say dont trust these people with your car if you bring it in for service, its only going to snowball to the point where you wish you never bought a subaru in the firstplace, dont waste your time go to another subaru delaership.
