I went to this dealership to take a look at used Tesla they had. Samantha was my sales consultant and she was really sweet and helped me with all the questions I had. Then I was introduced to Andrew Waters who was very polite and showed utmost professionalism while discussing the trade in deal. Even though the deal didn't happen unfortunately because of the price issues but I'm very satisfied with the way they treated me and my wife when we were there. Out of your principal I am warning others to watch out for these lessons I learned here at this dealership. I was able to determine that the dealership had information about the issues of the 2015 camaro for these lessons I learned here at this dealership. I was able to determine that the dealership had information about the issues of the 2015 camaro with 40,000 mileage. Nail In my tire I had to fix...driver window needed reprogrammed, and battery with dead cell.. after calling the next day I said that I felt I got taken and wanted my trade back . I then left a review based on what happen and the next day Mr. Andrew Waters called me and gave a.... well let's say what i thought was genuine apology and we worked out everything. The battery issues had not happened yet ..that was the day after speaking with Andrew. So the next day my wife is at work and of course the battery is dead. She had to wait for 2hrs. I then text Andrew and informed him that the battery was dead and I would handle the cost of window being fixed and asked for battery to replaced. 2days after I buy the car the battery needs replaced. Come on does anyone really believe the battery checked out good when I purchased. I mean I was told a 100 and something point inspection was done. Anyway Andrew has ignored all attempts to take care of issues that needed to be addressed before they sold it to a Disabled Iraq and Afghanistan veteran. My point bringing that up is if I'm a victim of this I would think anyone would be. Really should change the name of establishment to something else than Patriot. Bottom line I take responsibility for my purchase and will fix my issues myself. Thought this place was different lessons learned is you will get burned 🔥 question is how bad! Ps Andrew you will not snake your way and get me to remove review like last time.. yea Andrew said at first he would only make this right if I removed the original review I made. So I did More
