I found a hot selling vehicle on one of the major auto websites that was located at Patriot GMC. I used the website’s template to express interest in the vehicle. I quickly received a note that the vehicle was available. I’m feeling good. Brief call with the sale’s person to confirm it was physically on the lot. Confirmed that website price is the price. Feeling better. We discussed that I was an out of state buyer. We could do everything remotely and I’ll be there the next day to pick once they give me the OK. Sales person needed time to work the numbers. A short time later, the numbers were presented. I confirmed we had a deal. Now I’m excited. However this is my first attempt at purchasing a vehicle remotely so understandably there is opportunity for some missteps. Great customer service is how you respond when things go off plan. Patriot GMC of Killeen stepped up, took ownership of the situation and offered a reasonable and fair resolution.
