With the new owners taking over, I believe they are trying to correct some of the shortcomings in customer service that I think has plagued the dealership for years. All the folks in the service department were actually amazing. I primarily was working with Kim L, while my truck was being worked on, but have talked to the other gentlemen in her absence, all very hel amazing. He told me to come in and they’d get me taken care of. He and his service team got me squared away and back on the road a little more than an hour after I walked into the dealership. The manager here was awful. He wanted to offer me well under the value of a car. He tried to say a lot was wrong on a trade. He didn’t know his stuff and he was cocky.
