I don’t believe they even did the software update on my car when I brought it in. Then tried to tell me all my tires needed replaced before I got a rotation, when 3 of them are brand new! I got there at 250pm for my 3pm appointment. I didn't leave until after 530. I live in prague and had to drive to tulsa, didn't know I could do this at a closer dealership.
