So this is Transmission #2 partially rebuilt. I would want an update once a week on progress. Too much to ask for. I always had to call, chase down service rep, leave messages, etc. Then in middle March, 2016 transmission was on its way out, at 71K (14K traveled miles) miles. After Bob Moore had the van for ONE week, they gave it a look, and called me back, asked me what the issue was and then said there were not Error Codes. (The error codes turn on the Service Engine light). I said that the last time, there were no Error Codes, and the car did not move. So, I don't think I would put a lot of faith in the error codes to resolve where the problem is. I was told the van was ready, one day before MAY!.. Took 6 weeks for the 2nd incomplete repair. Transmission partial rebuilt #3. I returned to the dealer, and van was not ready. Paperwork goofs, etc. You would think that after all those weeks, they would washed and or vacuum the car. Absolutely not. Another thing I discovered is their phone system, and personnel are less than stellar. I would have to check on progress etc. No sense of concern, urgency, whatsoever. It was under warranty, one part or several gets ordered. Shipped UPS ground. Then when parts arrive, the ONE trained Transmission man is naturally on another car or 2. So, the van sets. Then once the parts gets installed, more parts are required, UPS ground , etc, etc. The root cause was not dealt with on the first visit. Then the 2nd time the van had traveled in the 14 K range before it broke again. I’ve now had the Transmission start to fail again, and the odometer is at 76K. Now, it traveled 5k miles. In a warranty situation, a rebuilt complete replacement is not what happens. They make an attempt to repair as little as possible, cross their fingers, and hope you sell it before they have to deal with it again. No doubt that on a warranty repair, there is a factory protocol in place. This regulation the dealer has to contend with, but upon a 2nd trip back within 15K miles, I tried to set off alarms that their procedure was far short of what is needed. The procedure is not working. But, ZERO research into root cause. Only parts that shown wear were replaced. Upon getting the paperwork and getting thru the goofs, I was looking it over. The person asked if there was anything else? I said, when I brought the van in, I was told a week later that no one could find an issue. Then why are there 2 pages of parts listed? I do not pull a trailer. It does have 150 - 200#s of items, but rarely a 2nd, or 3rd person. There was ZERO reason for Bob Moore Service dept to not have the van repaired for another 100-200K miles. Except, do what you have to get it gone. 10 weeks (2.5 months) of time the van has been in their shop, and root cause has yet to be determined. 55K original then 14K - 1st partial rebuild 5K - 2nd Partial rebuild What the future holds at another dealer is to be seen. 3k probably More

In the last two years, they routinely make mistakes on the billing (always in their favor). They also damaged my new Jeep then denied it. They finally fixed it a few months after it happened. I brought my car in for an oil change and then found out much later that they completed a recall while it was there for that particular visit but never changed the oil. The waiting area had a variety of drinks and snacks in the past, but no more. You can have coffee or tap water - and no soft drinks or bottled water. Snacks and soft drinks are only available out in the service bay in a congested service area with lots of traffic. My Jeep is a great car - at least once all the software upgrades were done. When I bought my Jeep, I thought the price was fair. More

The rude service guy named "Jessie" tried so hard to convince me that it "was working just fine". When I go pick up my car I get in and start it and sure enough it's not working. I went back in and asked him to come out and look at it. And he absolutely refused he said I needed t I make another appointment. I don't believe anyone looked at my car at all. They treated me badly because I am a female. I will NEVER bring my car back to them. More

The first time I had an oil change, the guy brought me a slip of paper that showed the battery needed replacement and tried to pressure me to buy a new battery. What he did not know was I had just had the battery replaced. And the VIN printed on the slip was not my car. These people are crooks. FInd a different dealer. More

Well that went all south after a week with the truck they finally told me they could not repair it under the Mopar Warranty so I called my original dealer and they said they would gladly take cafe of it, so I told that to Bob Moore's service manager "BEN". I still paid for the diagnostic and on my way I went. This was on a Thursday, the following Tuesday I took it to the other dealership only to find out "BEN" had called Mopar that Monday to tell them my truck was extremely modified WHICH VOIDED MY WARRANTY. My truck had only 44k miles and was covered until 120k. If you had a much as an exhaust tip on your vehicle don't take it here. By the way the truck does have a lift which was bought like that brand new. More

They kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was in the shop and made sure I knew the progress of the repairs. They even handled my vehicles extended warranty information so I didn't have to think about a thing. I would definitely bring my vehicle in for service again and recommend them to anyone looking for a service dealer. More

I got the p/u in at 9am and informed the service advisor, who seemed unaware of my appointment, of my extended warranty which we discussed. At 4pm he called and gave me a price for the repair and informed me they would have to order the parts. He was totally unaware of the extended warranty we had discussed. I got a call from the service advisor the next day at 3:30 informing my the vehicle was ready. I don't understand why a Dodge dealer would not have a part for a Dodge p/u , or why it would take a day to determine what the problem was , or why it would take almost all day to replace the part. We are not talking an engine rebuild just a small power window motor. My wife has been happy with service here under old ownership but I was disappointed. More

We needed another key for our 2007, 1 ton dodge truck as the wifes key would not work except to open the doors. A security program written into the key would not let the truck run except for a few seconds with her key. This was good to know but made it so another key would have to be purchased. We went to the dealer that we purchased the truck from and they wanted 225 to make another one and needed to have the truck. Not very helpful or friendly. we happened to be driving past Bob Moore Dodge Jeep Ram of tulsa on Thursday with the truck and decided to pull in and see what they would charge for a new key. The service manager said he could match their price and would also see if the key not working could be reprogramed. We had a 30 minute wait in the waiting room that was very comfortable with drinks and snacks. we left very happy with the service and three working keys as the one not working did reprogram.
