C'mon folks, read the review... They have my contact information, Samantha already used it when they fed me the line about the loaners. This is an attempt to make it look like they care because I am publicly complaining. If they only spent half as much time actually taking care of their customers as they do searching review sites to cover their mistakes, they probably wold have less crappy reviews. If they are dealing with you one-on-one they won't treat you like you are a customer, they act like they are doing you a favor even though they are getting paid. Look at the negative reviews, almost every single one mentions how poorly they communicate with their customers. Communication is cheap, it just takes effort on the part of the customer service staff, something they demonstrate that they have little stomach for.

I appreciate that the General Manager offered to discuss the issues with me, but I don't want to discuss it all any further. My primary concern is unknowingly going 10,000 miles without an oil change, especially when you consider that the dealership only recently started using synthetic oil for their changes. I assumed they had always used synthetic, but I was wrong.
