Janel, was a very nice and quick sales associate. She worked very quickly in getting the best deal while also trying to keep me from being at the dealership all day. However, the sales managers were your typical jerk/ rude and arrogant sales associates. They did make my deal workout in the end but could have been a lot nicer. I would think that a customer wanting to purchasing a vehicle from a place they would be nice and try and make things work. If you can make a deal without having to mess with the managers I would highly recommend this dealership. However, with any car lot you are going to get the same arrogant sales managers. More

Very friendly staff throughout the process - salesman, sales manager and finance manager. Wasn't sure I needed the protection plan, although it is a neat service. Just not sure about the cost/potential benefit ratio. Also not sure about the extended warranty, although I cancelled that the next day - way too pricey when there are other extended warranties on the market for a lot less, and when you think about it, if your car has a major malfunction in the first 100,000 miles, you really shouldn't be buying that brand of vehicle in the first place.
