Rod and his team were awesome to work with, the sales staff being overwhelmed were super friendly, especially after seeing first hand how they were being treated by customers who obviously didn't take the time to read the mailer instructions. Some people blame their lack of common sense on everyone but themselves. More

It was a very bumpy rollercoaster of a ride to my vehicle purchase. I had a set monthly budget and was told it could be met on the vehicle I wanted. Then when I got to the finance department, I was told they purchase. I had a set monthly budget and was told it could be met on the vehicle I wanted. Then when I got to the finance department, I was told they could not meet the number given to me. Then the finance woman tried to school me on managing my budget by thinking of it as 2 equal payments which was still over my budgeted amount. No matter how you break down a budget number, whether as a month payment or break over 2, 3 , or 4 weeks, the budget number doesn't change. Then was offered a 0% finance on maintenance plan which for 1 month my car note would be at my budget but then for the next 2 years would be $160 over the payment I was willing and able to pay, I walked out without purchasing the vehicle or any further negotiations. I received a call back the next day stating they could get me to my budget number, so I came back in a few days later, need to do some serious thinking. I came back and signed my paperwork, but the salesman did not have my vehicle ready, so while I completed all my paperwork and handed over my down payment and signed my car note, I drove away with my trade-in vehicle not the vehicle I purchased. The salesman had my car taken to service department the following day to get my Patriot package completed, but because it was his day off, I still didn't get my car the following day and no other arrangements were offered. I then texted my salesman the following day (now 2 days after I bought the vehicle) at the time which was communicated via text. He texts me back to say he is with a customer but I could come in and grab the keys and go. REALLY?!? By this time, I am very dissatisfied and had conversations with several other 'managers' via the phone and came in and got a new salesman to assist me. Isaac Grimes is a rockstar!! He did the delivery with me, explained features to me which the other salesman could not because he was not knowledgeable about Jeeps. My original salesperson could not answer questions but indicated the manual would be a great reference and I could read about it all. Again, poor service, but I let it slide because he admitted to being new, but shame on the dealership for not having him properly trained or supervised. Isaac was extremely professional and went above and beyond to assist and apologize for all the mishaps along the way. If I hadn't fallen in love with the vehicle it would have been very easy to walk away and never come back to the dealership. Isaac offered to assist with any needs in the future and offered any assistance he can. I was not given an overview of the service department, the dealership, or much else. I understand there is a brand new team and ownership, but they really need to step up their game. More
