We had an OK experience when we bought our car at Patriot. A few shenanigans regarding trade-ins and price, but they tried to make good on the problem with a promise of free oil changes for a year. When we returned for our first oil change, they told us they had no record of the promise. So we paid for oil changes. For the past couple of years, we've noticed that every time we come in for service, we have a salesman all over us trying to get us to trade in our car. These guys are quite friendly, but very aggressive. I just don't feel like I trust them. I'm concerned that the service guys are trying to scare us with big repair bills so we will trade the car in for a new one. More
