We received bad customer service from a Honda dealer before we paid a visit to this dealer and we were a bit hesitant because of it, however we worked with the associate Anton and he was very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed or pushed into buy anything at this dealer. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the cars that met our requirements/needs. What made the purchasing of our first car pleasant and easier than we thought was the customer service we received. Anton and his manager did a wonderful job of assisting us and making us feel comfortable with the purchase we made. We may need a car in the future and we will definitely be coming back to him to purchase another car. My husband and I love the car. It is very comfortable to drive and looks great as well. The Sales consultant Anton Gonch approached me and after the introduction he worked with me on every single angle until the purchase was completed. I was not sure if I should go with Camry LE or XLE, Anton guided me in the right direction without being aggressive like some other car dealers. I have been driving Toyota cars for last 20 years and I have purchased new Toyota from other dealership in the past.
