Had a appointment time in service dept. Got there early. waited 12:30 - 4:30 to find out they haven’t even got around to my car. No one ever came and told me until I went to them. I even talk to them a couple of times about the car and they never mentioned they haven’t gotten it in yet. Don’t know what’s going on, but this is not like them on a regular basis. Could’ve at least let me know so someone could have Picked me up, Offered a loaner car or rescheduled. More
