Worst customer service ever. This dealership is a joke. No care for customer satisfaction! My car was side swiped and we figured bringing it to a BMW facility it would be fixed p This dealership is a joke. No care for customer satisfaction! My car was side swiped and we figured bringing it to a BMW facility it would be fixed properly. When going to pick up the cars paint had runs in it. When leaving it there to be fixed properly was called 3 hours later and told the car was fixed. A week later now the clear coat is peeling. When told to come in to drop off. Now being told they don't have a rental because of holiday. 2nd in command Mr Barnes comes to lobby to talk to me said he reached out to my husband who has been out of town and informed him that the rental wouldn't be available untill tomorrow! Why would communication start with my husband? No communication was ever made with my husband at all durning this process. Everything has went through me. When asked to talk to the 1 person higher in command then him was told hes at the top, called me by the wrong name and stated that he won't argue with me. No customer satisfaction at all.. worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I have own almost every kind of car. This is absolutely worst customer care I have ever dealt with. I can promise you this is and will be the last time I use this dealership for absolutely anything. And I have told everyone iknow with a BMW to never use this place again. More
Peake BMW has horrible service. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 30 years and their service has declined over the past two years.  The service technician dented the hood on my I’ve been a loyal customer for over 30 years and their service has declined over the past two years.  The service technician dented the hood on my car and did not tell anyone until we were driving off and noticed the damage. They also left grease all over my light colored seats and did not replace screws on the trim. The service manager avoids phone calls. Buyer beware. More
Far and away the worst dealer service I have ever encountered. Absolute garbage. The millisecond the sale is done, you move to the junk pile. The "service" advisor doesn't bother to look at what yo encountered. Absolute garbage. The millisecond the sale is done, you move to the junk pile. The "service" advisor doesn't bother to look at what your appointment is about until you get there, and acts as if you're the idiot for expecting them to have what they need to perform the service THEY SCHEDULED. I would drive 3 hours out of my way to avoid these hacks. More
I had my BMW serviced and a substantial repair done here. The repair experience was a multiple month long nightmare for many reasons. First, communication on multiple levels is terrible, sometimes intentio The repair experience was a multiple month long nightmare for many reasons. First, communication on multiple levels is terrible, sometimes intentionally. The dealership doesn’t always answer the main line. At times, the main line would take messages, but no one would call back. Even worse, the service department point of contact, Crystal, almost always transferred me to someone’s voicemail (even though I specifically asked to speak to someone live) and when I called back to connect with a person in real time, she intentionally didn’t answer and I got her voicemail. The service manager, Richie, would return my calls hours or days later, but was super condescending and never had any information to share. The service shop and the collision shop don’t communicate, so I sometimes had no information for *weeks* at a time about my car and its status despite calling both places and asking specific questions. Second, Peake’s integrity is questionable at best because they gave me my car back when it was clearly was not fixed (ie electronic systems explicitly said “not loading”, car did not drive right). I had to go to the dealership in person to prove it wasn’t fixed and get them to take me seriously. Finally, after the repairs were done properly, they had minimal interest in doing a deal for a new car, which I found mind-blowing because I was serious (what dealership doesn’t care about selling a new car?). There are more grievances I could detail, but the bottom line is - Do not buy a BMW from them because you will be sooooo sorry if you need to work with them to fix it. **update, took them up on the offer in response to my google review, called the dealership at 4pm, gave my name and number, was told the GM would call me back today.....he did not call that day. Or ever. More
I am at my wits end with Peake BMW Service center. I drive a Turbo Diesel X5. I have had service as well as routine maintenance work done,,,,sometimes very expensive repairs only to have the issue recu drive a Turbo Diesel X5. I have had service as well as routine maintenance work done,,,,sometimes very expensive repairs only to have the issue recur again. Last week I spend over $2,100 due to a fuel line causing my car to just die in motion. I was told it was a 1 day repair and no loaner was available. I rented a car to run errands and then received a call from Peake that there was a delay. 2 weeks later I finally got my car back. On Saturday Jan 15, 2022, as I was leaving a friends house in Metairie, my car died again after it was returned to me. Fortunately I was able to get it started and went straight home a few blocks away. The next morning I smelled Diesel so I backed my car up only to find a large spot of diesel on my driveway. I immediately called Peake and had to leave a message for the service tech. Here it is on Tuesday and I am forced to take further action because of no reply and I'm afraid my car will leave me stranded. Its my only transportation. There are alternative repair shops locally who specialize in German engineered vehicles. Moving forward they will get all of my business. I'm DONE with Peake. Maybe I should lawyer up...l More
Per Peake BMW when you buy the ultimate driving machine you should get the service to match- LOL serious??? Today I sit here 3.5 hours & counting still not done analyzing what I’m told a simple update to you should get the service to match- LOL serious??? Poor Customer Service After the scheduled service was completed, the vehicle was returned with the plastic seat cover bunched up and the foot-well paper still in it, unwash After the scheduled service was completed, the vehicle was returned with the plastic seat cover bunched up and the foot-well paper still in it, unwashed, and apparently driven for several miles for no reason! Oh, they didn't even bother to print and give us a receipt with the list of services done. We had to return and request a copy, much to the consternation of the lady at the counter. More
