Above and beyond customer service I recently purchased a used 2016 Tundra from Pearson and the buying experience was excellent. Ron, Greg, and the other staff helped me land an excellent deal, but the where Pearson went above and beyond was when I called them about an issue I was having with the truck. I let them know that the previous owner must have driven with his dogs on a very regular basis, and due to this, the truck had a very strong unpleasant odour when left sitting in the sun. They told me to bring the truck in, which I did and proceeded to give the truck one of the most excellent detailing jobs I've ever seen at no cost to me. The smell is gone and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, will definitely choose Pearson again in the future. Thanks again to everyone there. More

Average When I arrived at the dealership my salesman was busy with another customer, in spite of my making an appointment with him. They gave me to an inexperienced salesman who did NOT know his product. Eventually my original salesman arrived to help me. He apologized for not being immedialy available,He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I agreed to purchase a car then I met the finance manager. He is the personification of a used car sales man. Two days later he called and said there had been a mistake on paper work and I would need to resign. The only person I would do business again with is my salesman Sam. If you purchase a care for Pearson just take a lot of patience. You were forwarned. More

Disappointing Experience We found a pre-owned car we wanted at Pearson Toyota. Since we live several hours away, we coordinated with a sales rep to come up that Saturday. On Friday night, the gentleman called to let us know the GM was taking the car for the weekend to take his son to college. I thanked him for letting us know, despite the inconvenience to our plans. We changed our schedule and arranged to come up the following Saturday to see the car. I called on Thursday to confirm that the Sales Rep would still be working and that the time worked for his schedule. He let me know they had sold the car on Tuesday. Despite knowing we were very interested in purchasing the car, they did not hold it for us or let us know that the vehicle had been sold. We might driven several hours on Saturday just to find out it wasn't there when we arrived. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience for us. More
