I had a terrible experience with the service department at this dealership. My truck was there for a month, and throughout that time, I received zero updates on its status. Multiple times I was told I would be called back at a certain date, but wouldn’t t receive a call. To make matters worse, the service department was broken into during that period, and my keys were stolen. I was never informed about the theft; instead, the staff tried to hand me a new key without any explanation. It wasn't until I noticed my other keys were missing that I realized what had happened. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this dealership for service. More

Just had the driver's sun visor break off and needed a replacement right away-westbound 78 at 6PM is a killer without it.
