I recently went to this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation and it took over 2 and a half hours. I was there on time for my appointment at 8:30 am and nobody was in front of me on a Wednesday. So tire rotation and it took over 2 and a half hours. I was there on time for my appointment at 8:30 am and nobody was in front of me on a Wednesday. Someone from the dealership texted me asking if I would like an offer on my car and after I agreed (out of curiosity), he sent me a disrespectfully low amount of money in his offer. Sales also did not ask me whether or not I wanted a sticker inside my car windshield showing the mileage, but went ahead and did it anyway (I would have declined, as I always do). Will not be going back. More

At a routine maintenence appointment, I mentioned an issue with my sunroof. Turns out I needed a new motor for it and the part was backlogged. I was relocating out of NJ in 2 weeks and was worried I wo issue with my sunroof. Turns out I needed a new motor for it and the part was backlogged. I was relocating out of NJ in 2 weeks and was worried I wouldn't get the fix done before I left. Toni assured me she would do everything she could to assist. When I relocated without having the fix completed, I let Toni know that I would be back in-state for 1 day only. She was able to fit me in that day and get the car fixed up. It definitely saved me from having to find a new dealership in my new state right away. I appreciate Toni keeping her word and getting this taken care of. More
