I went in for an oil change. My car was done by 1:53 because I was looking around in the showroom when I saw my car pull up . I never got called to tell me my car was done. Appt was at 10, I had it there early, called at 12 for them to say “should be done in a little” called again at 1 “jus tire rotation takes 3hrs plus.
