Pellegrino Chevrolet - Service Center

Well meaning people but more like a neighborhood mechanic and not the standard I’d expect from a dealership. I had to bring my car in twice to investigate a creaking sound that the did eventually fix under w and not the standard I’d expect from a dealership. I had to bring my car in twice to investigate a creaking sound that the did eventually fix under warranty but I also wanted the wipers replaced but even after a week they can’t get any in. Even ordering them from the warehouse is supposedly out of stock. Year all the while Amazon has them in stock and offered next day delivery. There’s often one one or two service managers and they need to track down my car every time a little unsure where it is. Again not horrible but not nearly as organized as I expect for a dealership. More
