We found it very easy to work with Carlos Clemente. He was always friendly, easy to reach, and was very service minded. As we could not find the GMC model with the features we wanted, a new car had to or was always friendly, easy to reach, and was very service minded. As we could not find the GMC model with the features we wanted, a new car had to ordered from the factory. His advice on what options to order was right on the mark. For instance, he found we do a lot of long distance trips in high heat and at altitude so he suggested the "trailer package", not for the trailer hitch but for the larger radiator. I would have never thought of this. Once the car was available,he helped explain all of the high tech features. The rest of the staff we interfaced with were equally friendly and easy to deal with.
