Not a bad service experience, but definitely not Cadillac level. I have a 24 Lyriq, and GM has different rules in place for EV service. I was not given a GM EV loaner, even though I called ahead to request one. I did not get a call when the car was done - only a vague text message and email. I texted before picking up the car, with no response. The car was not charged before pick-up, even though the charger was available. Most importantly, the repairs were not good. One item was not listed as "repaired" - just a cause was listed, and it was indeed not repaired. Another item was better after repair, but still not great. I responded when I received the survey notice, and waited a while to write this review - also with no response back. To sum up, not terrible, but not worth the drive down the 405 from west LA. More

Unfortunately, warranty work needed to be performed on my 24 Encore GX. The essential part needed to be ordered and was not delivered on Friday. Reggie Shelton, Assistant Service Manager, informed me that 24 Encore GX. The essential part needed to be ordered and was not delivered on Friday. Reggie Shelton, Assistant Service Manager, informed me that the car would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday. Reggie had already ordered a car from Midway Rental for me and the car was delivered in less than 20 minutes! Well, on Monday morning Reggie called and informed me that the part came in and one of the service men worked on it all day Saturday and the car was ready!! Great service as usual from Penske!! More
