Outstanding customer service. I had a warning light come on and the soonest appointment was June 7th. They told me to come in the next day which was May 25. It was the long weeken I had a warning light come on and the soonest appointment was June 7th. They told me to come in the next day which was May 25. It was the long weekend and they have my car done and checked out by Tuesday the 28th. It was a smooth process. They even took care of my Rent-A-Car. More
Overall good experience coming in for my first service at Penske, as my original Buick dealer in Long Beach has discontinued the sale of new Buicks, and seem to only be continuing limited sercvice on Buicks, Penske, as my original Buick dealer in Long Beach has discontinued the sale of new Buicks, and seem to only be continuing limited sercvice on Buicks, so I have now chosen Penske. Marlene in the service dept was extremely professional, efficient and nice, even during what seemed to be a very busy day, with my impression being possibly not enough help on the day I was there. Was very disappointed with the process the offer I was supposed to get was $399 per month lease plus $2300 for the Cadillac Lyriq. Once everything was finalized, I mentioned I have $1000 Costco discount. supposed to get was $399 per month lease plus $2300 for the Cadillac Lyriq. Once everything was finalized, I mentioned I have $1000 Costco discount. They said they already applied that which was not the case considering they didn’t even know about it ahead of time. So basically, they rework the numbers to make it look like I was getting an additional thousand dollars off when in fact, I was at the exact same number prior to mentioning the Costco voucher. I’ll be talking to somebody about this very soon. More
