Absolutely zero communication while they had my car. Not one person answered my calls to check in. This was the absolutely worse experience I have ever had with my car in service. It has now been 16 hours with not one word. And I repeat, NO ONE answers calls. Not even the concierge or my sales associate ( I bought my car here) were able to make headway. Incredibly unprofessional. I will not be back. Certainly not even to buy another car. More
