We have had a horrible experience with this dealer. The title application had 3 mistakes on it... our name was spelled wrong, our phone number was wrong, and the state that we live in was wrong. Unfortun title application had 3 mistakes on it... our name was spelled wrong, our phone number was wrong, and the state that we live in was wrong. Unfortunately this last mistake changed the registration process completely. When we tried to contact the dealer, it took 8 phone calls to get anyone to respond. I also contacted our sales person, who did not respond to us either. Chris Snow told us he would be overnighting the documents we needed, and we finally got paperwork from him 5 days later. However, the paperwork he sent us was not what he said he would send. After several more calls, we have not heard back from them, and have had to start looking elsewhere for people to help us with this paperwork nightmare created by Penske Honda.
