Tina helped my find the car I was looking for and thanks to her I had an excellent car shopping experience! I had been to mercedes of ontario, and riverside dealers and received such poor service I was almost deterred from buying the Mercedes I wanted and nearly settled for a dodge (who by the way are also have horrible sales people!). I decided to give Mercedes of West Covina a try and met Tina who was helpful, personable, and an excellent sales person! I honestly could not have asked better customer service. My bf and I are looking forward to purchasing our next car there, and have recommended this dealer to friends and family :D

I wanted to buy a 2013 ML 350, we ordered the car, after the car arrived, 3 months later, we were told that he can not honor the price that was agreed upon before because there are not enough cars in the market and he has to sell us the car with a higher price from what has been agreed upon. He was very rude and told us to go and buy BMW in a sarcastic way. The manager agreed with him, that because the ML350 is short in the market , they will not honor the price. I had to take a day off from work that day to buy the car the we have been waiting for 3 months. My advise, never deal with the dealer or the dealership that can respect you and respect the word that they give you. Prior to dealing with that sales person, we were with another sales personthat will never answer our calls and never returns messages, she always claimed that she never got the call or the message. I totally advise against dealing with this dealership untill they behave in a professional manner. I bought my car later from Mercedes Benz of Ontario with no hassle.

I purchased my first Mercedes-Benz (1999 C280) in May 2000 from Paul Blackburn.
Since I had that car until August of this year, I dealt with many service people over the years (Carlos Alatorre, Mike Daniels, Jim Lynch, Brian Wing). Hope I didn't forget anyone. All were friendly, efficient and accommodating. No exception when I purchased my 2013 C350 from Tina Barela. Ted Cheu handled my financing. Both were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would not hesitate recommending Penske Mercedes-Benz, Tina and Ted. Brian Wing also took excellent care of me - and my 1999 C280. I told Brian not to take it personally, but I hope not to see him anytime soon . . .

I did all my research online before buying my first Mercedes (GLK350) here. When I found the one I wanted in their online inventory, I requested more information through their website. Jim responded quickly with all the information I needed. For me, this dealer is not the closest one to me, but using DealerRater was very helpful in deciding to make the visit. I'm very glad I did because I met with Tina at the dealer and the experience was completely comfortable, friendly, and efficient. This is the way car sales should be! This is my first Mercedes experience and Tina made it great! I shopped 5-10 dealers in person and over the phone. Tina was definitely the easiest and the most straight forward to deal with. Because of her exceptional customer service, I finally decided to go to Penske to get the car. She came in on her day off to take care of me.
