My Review of Peoria Toyota Scion:
My Tundra had a recall repair done at the Toyota dealership in Peoria, IL. The employees there were very friendly and courteous. People like me are awry of auto repair people even for a recall repair, which is free. They were on time as promised and offered a loaner vehicle. At the time I was picking my truck up, I was offered to have a car wash. The experience was excellent (seemed to be better than last time I had my truck repaired at this same place).

The repair at this dealership is not cheap but not outrangeously expensive. I often remind of myself that I am no longer a struggling college student counting pennies; I am earning six figure salary. Anyway, I never pass the opportunity to save. Having said, a trip to Peoria Toyota is worthwhile if you need to have your Toyota car fixed or serviced.

My Review of Peoria Toyota Scion:
I stop in at closing time to view the new IQ, and as I was looking at the IQ Sam came out and asked me if I had any questions. I replied that I did, as I have read several articles with respect to the IQ but have never seen one before. Sam was very polite and professional, he answered every question that I asked. After answering all the questions he asked asked if I would like to take it for a drive. As it was beyond closing time I was hesitated, however Sam was so friendly I answered sure. We went for a drive and spoke about the attributes of the car. After the drive we went inside to his office he answered more questions. I never felt pressured throughout the entire conversation. He asked if I liked the car, and I said yes very much but needed time to think about it. He was OK with that and asked if he could contact me in the next few days and I said sure. We then spoke a few days later and I purchased the car. This was the BEST buying experience I have ever had. I am 58 years old. I have and will continue to tell my friends of the great experience that I had at Peoria Toyota. My next purchase will definitely be at Peoria Toyota from Sam. I absolutely love my IQ and get tons of questions wherever I go. THANK YOU Sam and Peoria Toyota!!!

My Review of Peoria Toyota Scion:
I have come to the Toyota dealership for oil changes since we have had or Camry in 2005. However, I am thinking of going somewhere else from now on because your prices are getting outrageous! $30.00 for a regular oil change with a coupon is ridiculous! I have a coupon for a $15.00 oil change at the Chevy dealership in Washington, IL and should have gone there. My husband even gets coupons for FREE oil changes from them. Now that's customer service!! I just wanted you to know that every time I leave there I end up feeling ripped off and think that I will change locations from now on. I also had the windshield wipers replaced the other day and was charged $10.00 for maintenance!! Next time I will buy my own at Wal Mart and save about $15.00!!

We have transparent prices and offer superior service performed by certified service technicians. We apologize if you feel that $30 for an oil change is too much, but we feel that there is enough value in our service to justify the cost. We have given out free oil changes in the past, but logically we cannot do this on a continuous basis for all of our customers. On the topic of wiper replacement, the $10 maintenance cost is for the labor required to remove your old wipers and install the new ones. This does not take considerably long, but the prorated unit labor amount comes out to be around $10. We apologize again if you feel that we have not done our job, or somehow misled you. My Review of Peoria Toyota Scion:
Service prices are absolutely too high at Peoria Toyota. I own a Toyota vehicle and it costs me more to have service done at Toyota on a Toyota vehicle then it would at another third party service center. I am sick and tired of them preaching we certify the work we do. Well I expect any service center to certify their work they do if I am paying you to perfrom service on my vehicle. I don't understand why you would charge your own loyal customers premium prices for service. Toyota will struggle retaining Customers in the future for service work or even for previous customers to buy a another car from Peoria Toyota because of the high service costs. Peoria Toyota needs to follow their methodology of "Stop to Fix" because these high service costs do not serve or provide value to their customers.

My Review of Peoria Toyota Scion:
Wonderful service from everyone as usual! The only thing I can comment on is the "coupons". It turns out that by my bringing in a coupon for an oil change I received in the mail I only saved 75 cents from the regular price. Not really worth the paper it was printed and mailed on if you ask me. Also, the tire rotation could be cheaper because I know whats involved in this process and it's too pricey at the dealership. I had it done once but I think I may go somewhere else for the first time since I got my car for the second.

For the first time, I actually had a good experience buying a car! I don’t have the best credit in the world, but the salesman was so nice and helped me find a cute used car that budget would allow. I am pretty picky but Greg was so patient while I measured out the pros and cons of each car I looked at. Five stars for Greg for patience and attention!!!

My Review of Peoria Toyota Scion:
My story - I have a '01 tundra which I bought years ago to spite my wife. Between me hauling *%* & the fact that the %**%% cant drive its been through alot but 100,000 miles later still no major problems. Anyways my warning lights went on so I wanted to extend it's life a bit - as I'm a sentimental guy - and I'm too cheap to buy a new truck. I went to a few places before Peoria Toyota and they found things wrong and tried to charge me $1,000+ ($3,500 in one case)



Peoria Toyota told me my only issue presently or in the immediate future was that my steering fluid reservoir had a split hose and $200 is all I should or would need to spend. Though I may pretend to know I actually know as little about these things as the next guy. I almost spent $800 more than I had to. Thanks Peoria Toyota
