I agree with the notion that that Perfect Auto are entering their own reviews. There are too many polar reviews - some love these guys some hate these guys. I think real customers and/or prospective More

Webster has humorously implied the Perfect Auto, Inc. has entered it's own reviews. On average, we retail 500 vehicles per annum. Isn't it safe and fair to say that over the course of the past 7 years (roughly 4,500 cars sold), 50-60 people have decided to share their positive experience with others? A handful of positive or negative reviews cannot define a dealershiop's reputation and overall integrity. It clearly states in our disclaimer that the sales price does not include a dealer processing fee. Moreover, our store is filled with signs that prominently display our dealer processing fee of $399. Bankers, mortgage companies and thousands of popular businesses charge processing fees. Is it a crime for car dealers to do the same? People seem bitter that car dealers must earn a living. Webster: would you agree to go to work for free? I highly doubt it. We do not arrange for vehicle transport because we are not a transporter. In the past month, we shared wholesale transport contact information with 5 out of state buyers. Two of the customers elected to take advantage of the referrals and the other three opted not to. Isn't it overly arbitrary, risky and mindless to to perform a service that you cannot even provide? We want our buyers to choose a trucker that they can rely on for their own protection and peace of mind. If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle in the future, we would be more than happy to hook you up with our transport contacts. As a buyer, it is your responsbility to coordinate pick-up and drop off and render payment for the services. We sell cars, not trucking services. Webster first expects us to play the role of transporter and now shop foreman. We are more than happy and willing to answer general questions regarding service items and vehicle aesthetics. However, we cannot provide details regarding previous repairs unless the information is notated in the CARFAX report. This practice is typical for used car dealers, even franchises. Next time you have intricate questions regarding mechanical items, you are more than welcome to schedule a pre-sales inspection through a local shop or a mobile third party pre-sales inspection service that may be able to provide greater mechanical insight.
