I went in to look at a new or used vehicle. There was nothing on their lot. They advertised prices in the newspaper...and then when asked about them, they never had them. They ran my credit without my telling them. They just assumed i would by and didnt offer me any incentives. It was a horrible place to buy a car. I bought one from another dealer. The kid i worked with was nice, but was new and had no clue what he was selling. More

My experience at Performance Ford in Randolph NJ was excellent. Their group made the purchasing of my 2012 Explorer simple and care free. My family and I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and I had the opportunity to have Jesse Robinsky as my salesman. Jesse informed us he was new, and at first I was hesitant to deal with a dealership and I had the opportunity to have Jesse Robinsky as my salesman. Jesse informed us he was new, and at first I was hesitant to deal with a new salesmen, but I am very glad I did deal with him. He was a pleasure to deal with. He was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely friendly. I was set that I was only going in to look, but in the end I left very happy with a new car for a great price! Our salesman Matt was great! This was the best car/truck buying experience my husband and I have had. Everyone took their time, without pressure - we did not have the OMG we have to deal with a car saleman buying experience my husband and I have had. We went in to look and did not have the intention to buy that day, but we were treated very well, received a good deal, we were impressed with the on hand inventory and purchased a F350! Chris in the financial end also worked with us to secure a good loan rate, explained all the available options and their meaning.
